Itinerary

11.00-1.00pm

Pimms, Bucks Fizz and a Canard -Duchene Champagne reception will be served aboard one of our elegant River vessels, for guests who have been issued with morning cruise tickets. You will have the opportunity to enjoy the wonderful atmosphere of the most prestigious event of the English Summer Season, while cruising along the famous Regatta course. Clients who have afternoon cruise tickets will be served with Canard -Duchene Champagne or Pimms within our central bar area, whilst watching the rowing from private Lawns.

1.00pm

Hospitality Managers will direct you to your exclusive Marquee, where we will serve a four course Luncheon, which will be accompanied by Wines from Louis Latour and Table waters from Hildon.

3.00pm

For guests who have afternoon cruise tickets it is time to take to the Thames! As on the morning cruise we will take you upstream and after passing the finish line, you will be able to take in the views of Henley Town Centre, before the vessel navigates Rod Eyot Island. You will then cruise the entire length of the Course allowing our guests to take in views of the Stewards Enclosure and Temple Island. After passing the start line your vessel will turn and return to her moorings at Fawley Meadow. There will be a full complimentary bar available throughout the cruise.

4.30pm

Upon arrival at Fawley Meadows, a classic English Afternoon Cream Tea will be served, which can be enjoyed either within your marquee or whilst relaxing on the Lawns.

6.00pm

Guests depart the MSNEnclosure and the Facility closes.

Private Motor Yachts

Our elegant Motor Yachts ‘Fringilla’ and ‘La Chemme’ are available for charter for a maximum of 10 Guests.

There is a complimentary Shuttle bus service that operates from Henley Station to the Hospitality Village during the morning and returning to Henley at the end of your day.
